Avatar: Hit or Miss?

The long awaited film that took years to put together has finally come to life in the cinemas. Movie lovers can choose to pay a few extra pounds to watch the movie in 3D while putting on a few extra pounds snacking on enough popcorn and nachos to last about three hours.

The film, although just as long as a bollywood film, is no musical. Instead, Avatar is an action packed, fairy-tale like animation-ish film with magnificent special effects and a soppy yet active story-line full of imagination and emotion.

It's nothing like Marmite, nor do I love it or hate it. It's just a film to watch, for some more than once. But personally, I'd stick to the once.
