This Is It is drawn from 120 hours of behind-the-scenes footage of the world’s biggest entertainer for four decades, Michael Jackson, as he takes the stage one last time.

Capturing his final months from April through to June 2009 as he prepared for what was to be one of the world’s most entertaining and perfectly planned concerts, This Is It features a number of Jackson’s greatest pop hits including “Black or White” and “Beat It” as he rehearsed for the 50 sold-out concerts which was set to take place at London’s O2 Arena from November to February 2010. The film captures the heart and soul of Michael Jackson, a singer, dancer, entertainer, filmmaker and creative genius as he is seen like never before.

Produced with the full support of the Estate of Michael Jackson and directed by Jackson’s creative partner, Kenny Ortega, the film carries the legendary superstar’s passion and dedication to his fans worldwide.
